Cosmographer Traveler Sector Import Error. Please Help.

I've recently had to reinstall after a hard drive failure. I'm now getting this error when I attempt to use the sector import for traveler. It seems like it can not find the symbol catalog because everything else works up to the point that the import script would start placing the symbols. I have attached a JPG.

    Yes I did a forum search before posting and most involve the .net 4 framework not being installed meaning the importer does not even function. The others were a missing sector. The .net 4 framework is installed on my system and the importer functions until it attempts to place symbols then crashes with the above error. It can not find the symbol catalogs. I've checked the symbols folders and the symbol catalogs are there.

    So .net is installed
    The symbol catalogs are there.
    The sector importer runs until it needs to place symbols and crashes because it can not find the symbol catalogs.
    I have even reinstalled Cosmographer and I get the same error.

    So this error has not been posted.

    Usually if no one has posted by now with the fix, it's best to submit your problem to ProFantasy support. I watch these boards fairly close, and I don't remember seeing anything like your problem.

    I've resolved the issue.

    I'm not sure why reinstalling did not fix the problem but doing a repair did.
