Trying to draw shapes like the Ying Yang symbol

in Mapping with ProFantasy's Software
I'm trying to create shapes that are very much like the Ying Yang symbol. I've tried a few different methods using the circle, arc and smooth path tools but the problem is that, for instance, the smooth path doesn't seem to want to let me enter specific coordinates for each step. Seems like it should though.

Anyone have any suggestions for how I could achive these sorts of results?
