Change grid from square to horizontal

I have made some maps with a square grid, but would like to change it to horizontal one.

Is this possible, and if so how?

    Delete the existing grid using the normal Erase command (You may need to unfreeze the HEX/SQUARE GRID layer first).
    Then use the Draw -> Hex or Square Overlay menu to add a new one.

    I am not sure what you mean by use the normal erase commend. I tried to use the eraser symbol on the grid, but it did not work. How do I unfreeze the hex/square grid layer?

    Click the layer indicator in the statusbar (It is the one starting with L: followed by the name of the current layer). It should be the third indicator from the right at the top.
    Then scroll down, find the HEX/SQUARE GRID layer in the list, and make sure there is no F in the middle box (F stands for frozen, and frozen layers are protected from editing).
    Now the erase tool should work on the grid.
