Attaching Walls

When I use the "attach" setting along with the wall tool (nearest point ON), there is still a visible overlap on the walls instead of a realistic-appearing union. What am I doing wrong? See screen shot below.

  • I'm sure I'm missing something simple, but I'm not sure what it is. Can anyone fill me in? It would be most helpful. Thanks!

Fill styles do not align evenly across all examples of that fill style, so the best thing to do in this case is to do FRONT on the right most wall.

In other words, there's no way to organically merge the two walls together? I did try the FRONT (or send the horizontal wall BACK) and it looks good, but not as good as if they were truly merged together.

Not, it's not easily possible to do this. We do have an undocument wall command which can do this, but people found it a little tricky to use in practise. For information, see NETWORKS in the Help index.
