can Cosmo make a map like this ?

I have been looking over a drawing of our 'local bubble'. I was wondering if Cosmographer, or Perspectives, can turn it into a 3-D map ?

I'll attached the 2 drawings I refer to.

You should be able to do this in cosmo 3. Look at this map from Ralf's blog. It is a lot denser, but same principle.

(You should be able to make the latter map in plain CC3 though, but Cosmographer 3's height field symbols are very helpful here)
