Printing Woes

I am working in Fractial Terrians Pro and have been trying to print my newly created worlds, how ever they are only printing on about 1/3 of the page. I can not find a way to increase the size. I have saved a map as a jpeg and opened it in other software but it comes in very small and the resolution is shot if I stretch it. Any suggestions or thoughts as to what I am doing wrong?

    Not to necro post or anything, but i am having this exact same issue now that i am creating non-terran type worlds in FT Pro. I am using PDFCreator, and even though the picture quality in the view is where i want it to be, it still comes out on the printer a horrid orangish hue that washes out all the details that make it interesting.

    FYI, i am using a HP Photosmart C310 All In One Printer if that makes any difference.

    I've attached a copy of the map i created in PDFCreator.

    Any suggestions?

    Funny, I just reinstalled everything and I am getting lots of weird artifacts, including the same printing errors.
    Printing comes out alright to the printer, but any attempt to print to pdf gets the same issues the others are describing.

    One suspicion, that I have not looked too closely at yet, is the reinstall was because I recently migrated to 64 bit windows 7.

    Other issues include layers not freezing properly, lines that snap to random points that have nothing to snap to at that point, odd changes in layer order and sheet order for no apparent reason.
