Background BMP rescaling on export

Has anyone noticed that a BMP Fill rescales on export to BMP, PNG or JPG. I have included 2 images, one is a screen shot and the other an export so you can see what I am talking about. Anyone have a fix? I have also noticed that the colors are not the same on export either, but I have the same colorization issues with he screen shot as well. so i'll work on that later.

Screenshot: it also rescaled the BMP when I printed it as well.

This happens if the bitmap fill has no fixed scale in CC3. It will adjust to match it's pixels to the screen or export resolution, resulting in the difference you see.

To avoid this, open the bitmap fill dialog and choose the bitmap fill in question. Make sure the "Scaled" checkbox is ticked and the scale set to how you want your bitmap to appear.
