Getting Serial Numbers for Download

I ordered CC3 and FT Pro about 5 days ago for Download only. I have yet to receive an email with the serial numbers or sites for the downloads. I've tried emailing each of the available addresses. Any idea how to get ahold of the Profantasy folks? All I've managed to get is an automated newsletter from them thus far. The software looks great - like it will do exactly what I was looking for. But I'm having a little difficulty getting it. If the two I got work right, I'll probably add most of the other software.

Thanks for the rapid response. I thionk I got your response by the alternate email addy within an hour. Yep, all downloaded and and running. Loaded them on my older system - pre-Vista with an OEM video card that won't handle most games and it still runs just fine.

Standard emails never did show up - not even in my Suspect Email folder. And in 10 years that has never happened. Earthlink is being ... a pain ... about that. Anyways, I'll contact you here if I run into trouble with other orders.
