changing Scaled width and height in a template ?

I have my own template with around 20 bitmap fills in it.

I want to change the scaled width and height of the bitmap fills on all of them from 9.9900 to 6.9900.

Is there a 'quick' way to do this, or do I have to change them manually and save as a new template ?

If you don't mind the odd duplicated fill, you can re-import them by using Tools > Import Bitmap fill styles and setting the new scales in the import dialog.
