Hello Everyone,
Programming is a 80/20 activity. 80% of the code takes only 20% of the time.
Well, I've just finished that 80% on WikiNotes. I've loaded the files up to:
http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/cc2-tool-l/
[Requires the latest .net runtime installed http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/netframework/aa569263.aspx]
If you join the group, you can download the files and help test the WikiNotes application as it gets that last 20%!
Once loaded, a simple WIKI command and a note name will start WikiNotes. And from that point a file with the same name as your map will appear along side you map file.
Create a simple macro hotspot with the command text WIKI NOTENAME and you will be linking your Wiki data to points on your map. (If you have created a note with that name, of course).
I'm going to rest a week and see how many ways everyone can break it!
Enjoy, Lee
