Symbol Scale or Size
Ok, I am building a map. Trying to insert a waterfall graphic. It is huge! I am trying to edit properties to shrink it down. No luck. I went to File-Drawing Properties and changed the scale of the symbols. No luck. What am I doing wrong?

If it is a symbol, just pick it from the catalog, then right click inside the map before placing it, set an appropriate scale, click "more", and finally place the symbol (or right click again if the scale is still not correct.)
If you tried to use the insert file method, watch the command line.
To rescale an entity already placed in the map, use Scale
