Making a Map Larger

I am working on a historical map of Spain for 1813. I have created the outline 920 x 720 miles, with a grid 20 miles per square. On this map I have shown major cities, rivers, mountains and major military roads.
I want to be able to print parts of the map for a wargame campaign. But it has to be able to fit on a single sheet of A4 paper. I have played around with it and I think the answer will be an area 200 x 180 miles, with the same grid of 20 miles per square.
Is there any way that I can copy part of the whole map of Spain and create a new map 200 x 180 miles, without making the whole thing again?
If not is there another way to tackle this problem?

I am trying to follow the 19 page instruction in the toolkit option. On page 4, para 10 it reads "Invoke the Scale (Sca) command. The command line reads "Select entities (0 picken) (Dialog):"
What does "Invoke the Scale (Sca) command mean? Where is it on the screen?
Type SCA in the command line prompt at the bottom and hit enter to get the Scale command.
