Well, it's probably been asked before in terminology that makes better sense but I am wondering how to get a white outline on my text to make it stand out better.

An example of what I am talking about is at: http://www.mapventures.com/ in the recent map of Harabar.

    Make sure your text is on the TEXT sheet, then apply a glow effect to this sheet. You should experiment with the strength and radius to get a result you like. Then, as long as the effects are turned on, the text will have a glow of the chosen color.
