These are part of my campaign.. first is the general region where play will occur The other two maps where one of the big battles will occur. Its a two story church (mini cathedral).
Very nice! Excellent work for a series of first maps. Showing the lower floor through the open sections of the upper floor is looks great (and is really an advanced technique).
For the overland map, I would probably change the background color of the forests to something darker. Color 99 or 82 perhaps? Is the glass mesa a highland plateau of some kind? If yes, I'd consider putting it on its own sheet with a Bevel effect. That might look nice. Even if not, it's own sheet could have an "Edge Fade Inner" effect, blending it a little into the surrounding Badlands.
The Overland Map was in fact my very first map, and I'm in the process of redoing it. (The cost\benefit ratio isn't nearly that high once you have at least one ok map.) Most of the probems on that map are caused by the fact that I was still mucking around with sheets.
I was quite happy with the Cathedral. Less obvious about it is that on the second floor map, the first floor (below) is slightly blurred, helping you focus on what you need to be looking at.
