Free Monthly Content Missing?

I have had a problem with my laptop, which led to the SSD having to be reinstalled. Luckily, I had backed up my user data.
I therefore had to reinstall CC3+, plus all downloadable content - symbol sets, annuals, etc.
On opening an existing drawing, all symbols with the @Symbols/Dungeons/Mike Schley/Monthly/ path are showing as red "X" - the links were obviously broken.
On searching the C:ProgramData\Profantasy\CC3Plus\Symbols directory those folders and files do not appear to have been installed. In fact, searching the C: root to see if they had been installed elsewhere, they are not on the drive.
Looking at the "Free Monthly Content" page (https://www.profantasy.com/monthly/default.asp) those files are supposed to be included within the CC3+ installation. I therefore downloaded the CC3+ update on top of the CC3+ installation to see if they were there, but no such luck.
I'm not sure whether it is just those files that are missing, because I don't know what other files to look for.
I have put in a support request to the Profantasy team, but I would like to know whether anyone can help explain or solve my problem, so I can save their valuable time.

The free monthly content downloads are separate from the main CC3+ installers. You can find them in the CC3+ group here, where they are showing as the last 3 installers listed.
Thanks, Loopysue - can you post the link to that page? I cannot find it on the site.
This is the downloads page when you log into your PF account. I can't show you the whole thing because that would reveal my own Serial numbers in public view, but the CC3+ download is top of the list for me.
You click the part where it says "(7 files)", and the dialog I showed you above pops up.
And light finally dawns! Many thanks, again. Obviously the bit on their page saying the free stuff is included in the CC3+ update needs to amend the webpage. I will do the install now, and hope all is well. My Tegel Manor map will once again be working properly - the party investigating it will be pleased.
Well, it's not as clear as it might be. I'll raise it with the Webmaster.
And you're welcome :)
