background changes colour

Happy New Year everyone,
I have got a background colour which is the parchment colour from one of Sue's template. It was working fine this morning but this afternoon with effects ON, it turns a pretty pale green. I don't object to the green, but I'd like to use effects!

It is a pretty blue, isn't it.
However, it turns out there's a transparency effect on the BACKGROUND sheet which is allowing your window colour to show through. Deactivate or delete that effect and it's fine.
