I don't know how, but every sheet I've used in my WIP village has lost the effects and yet the map looks as if it has got them. After I noticed this, I closed my PC and reopened it expecting to see the flat map, but it is still as though it has got the effects. I'd be interested to see if it behaves like this on a different PC.

it appears to have righted itself. Have no idea what was going on for about 15-30 mins. Very relieved not to have to go through every sheet copy and pasting from a previous copy.
I've only experienced this once on my Windows PC. It seems to be some kind of a glitch that happens once in a blue moon, and is accordingly difficult to reproduce.
If it happens again try to remember what exactly you did just before it happened. That will help the dev team find out what causes it.
