Creating Shaded Curved Walls

I want to create a symbol for a segment of curved corridor of an underground base with the inner walls shaded with a pitch/angle color map. The midpoint of hallway from the center of the base is 75 feet. The symbol will be a 6 degree segment of the ring. The white sections of the picture to the left will be the curved wall segments while the grey section will be the floor panels (dots are 1 ft. apart). The cross section of the corridor is illustrated below.

If this is a vector symbol it might be easier to slice the shape into rings and 2 degree turns, then convert the resulting pieces into shaded polygons of increasing pitch and varying angle of rotation.

[Sigh!] I was hoping I wouldn't have to digitize it. It won't be as hard as I thought but it won't be as smooth either. Oh well.
