Anyone else experiencing issues with the latest annual?
On my machine, a little HP Intel i5 desktop box running the latest Windows, the installer hangs on the Monthly content, and with the annual, it goes through the motions but does not complete the install.
Any ideas?

It installed correctly for me, and I was able to poke around in it, though I have yet to try to create a full map with it.
Still having issues.
Installed the latest update: Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64- based systems
The installer does not complete installation, i.e does not open CC3+ with the usual example map/mapping guide.
Running installer again gives the option to Repair or uninstall. This time after uninstalling I got the below:
Do I need to lodge a support ticket for this?
Can you access CC3+ now without the latest annual installed?
I would suggest a repair for CC3 and then Maybe download the annual again and try installing it. If that does not work, then I think a support ticket is your best option.
I got it to install only after I disabled my protection abd firewall - never happened before.
Hi @JulianDracos , CC3+ opens normally. Will try a repair if
doesn't work. Thanks @Quenten. How do I do that?
Depends on what you use for internet security. Just go to your internet security progra,. eg nortons, Macafee, Windows defender etc, and go to security, and turn off firewall for about 10 minutes while you install the program. It should turn itself back on automatically, though you might want to check to be sure.
Well this is turning into an absolute disaster...
Decided to go the repair route first...after doing the install my license key is now out of date...have logged a support request...
@Ralf Sorted me out. Ran the CC3+ update resolved all my issues!
Thanks Ralf.
My firewall in the past required me to off for 10 minutes, but the last year or so I didn't have to keep doing that.
