CDs shipped but not yet received; no e-mail reply

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but couldn't find a specific forum category related to my question.
On December 9th I purchased Dungeon Designer 3 (download + box) along with City Designer 3 "box upgrade" (I originally purchased it as a download only and then purchased the shipping of the disc).
On December 18th I sent an e-mail to help@profantasy.com which apparently didn't go through since I never got a reply.
On December 28th I sent that same e-mail to linda@profantasy.com who helped me previously for a different order. I got a reply from what seems to be her gmail account. I replied and never got a reply back.
I just sent my last reply to her profantasy e-mail address to see if it gets through now.
Profantasy team - will you please confirm if you got my e-mail?
