which menu has the settings for the toolbars

Between about 8am and now (2.15pm) somehow I turned some of the buttons around the drawing space off and having drawn a blank in my search, I'm appealing to the collective wisdom of the forum for help - which menu are they hiding in?
EDIT they turned up after I closed and re-opened CC3+

The tools menu is the Screen Tools
button in the lower right.
