Is there a way to convert *.ftw files created in FT3 (32bit version 3.0.21) to FT3+ (64bit version 3.5.4) format with full retro-compatibility?

Opening such files work fine with FT3+ and I correctly retrieve the altitude map. However, other maps (climates, temperature, rainfall) are altered by the change of version (see image for an example with climates). I would like to keep these while changing version.
