FT3 export to CC3+ fails

I'm trying to export from FT3 (Ver: 3.0.4) to CC3+ (Ver: 3.98) but all I get is a blank map. It doesn't seem to matter which template I try to export.
I would like to get a result with detailed topographic lines, if possible.
Any help would be appreciated.

When you first open the CC3+ export do you hit zoom to extents? Some exports have a large area of nothingness near the origin for some reason and the map is off screen to the top right.
Thank you for asking.
I do try to zoom to extents. It still shows a vast arctic plain devoid of any detail (or nothing, actually, because my background is white 😉 ). I've also checked for hidden layers and sheets, but they are all visible.
I've noticed some exports do work, but they don't have the details I'm wanting in my file.
I'd like a high level of detail topographical contour lines. Perhaps I am expecting too much from the program.

What happens if you drop the resolution of the export just a little?
Something in my distant memory is nagging at me that if the amount of data is too high you get no map at all.
Thank you for your help.
I've reset an export I was trying to use to defaults, and then used the 'outline in black' command on the whole map. This put the black outline on every contour line that was exported, but they were invisible because the contour legend has a limited palette. This resulted in something more akin to what I wanted, and produced a nearly black map (at view extents)! 😍
Though it would be nice for every contour to have it's own color via native export, at least this gets me to first base, and I can build it out from here.
Thank you for your help.

I'm glad you got it sorted out, Ithril :)
Well... Sorta...
Now I'm getting too much data. It's writing every layer from -30k to +30k, with an interval of 100 ft. I like a lot of detail, but this is too much even for me. There doesn't seem to be a way to isolate just the data I want.
When I try to create a new Campaign Cartographer export template, I get the following error. I get the same error when I try to edit an existing template. Even if I delete or remove contour layers, it still produces all of them.
I've tried different file names and it still fails.
Thank you for the help.

This is an issue with the old FT3 that is fixed in the newer FT 3.5.
The issue is that FT3 saves its settings in the program directory, which windows only allows if you run the program as administrator (Right click the shortcut -> Run as administrator)
Thank you Monsen!
Is that an update download I missed?
Yup! It is. Thanks again!
