Are there any recent tutorials for exporting maps to VTTs?

I want to start exporting my maps to Fantasy Grounds and maybe one or two other VTTs and was wondering if there was a recent tutorial on how to do this. I've been reading up and it looks like they added lots of features since I played with them a few years ago - wall collisions, lights, etc.
I see programs like Dungeondraft support a 'universal' vtt format but that doesn't seem to exist in cc3+.
The most recent article I could find here was "Getting your DD3 Dungeon Map into a Virtual Tabletop" form March, 2020.
Any pointers?
Thanks,
Steven

My suggestion is go to the website for the vtt you want to use. Look for file type and maximum size their software accepts.
Some take large files, and some don't.
Jim is right.
CC3 can export all kinds of bitmaps at all kinds of sizes and resolutions from the same map file. You only need to know what type and how big. Then if you need a bit of help to sort out the actual export we can show you how right here.
There is no universal VTT format. Rather, they the file that is used is already used by some VTT. In other cases, there is a converter you have to use. This seems most to do with controlling the lighting effects generated by Dungeondraft. You will just export it into jpg or png format and upload it. The info from 2020 should still apply on setting the resolution. As for the grid, you can easily adjust it by mouse in FG to make it match to the lines in CC3 if you put any on your CC3 map.
If you need additional help, here is the info Fantasy Grounds provides: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/996640166/Working+with+Images+as+the+GM
