White Boxes, Black X's on my map

How can I tell what is loaded on software?
I have some maps I did on one PC, go to view them on another, and much of the map is white boxes with black x's like the map is not readying the graphics. How can I fix this from 1 system to the next?
I have gone and reloaded all my assists, but not having any luck. I always use the default install locations

If both are default installs, and both have the same installs, then there shouldn't be an issue. It sounds like you have assets installed on one machine that aren't on the other one. Could you have missed something when doing the installation?
I have a blog article about X'es that might help you:
So the other question I had, how can I tell which files I am missing? I am pretty sure I loaded everything default on both systems, and I have not moved a thing.
Open the Symbol Manager and pick any of the red X symbols. Then click the List button. The resulting blue box will contain the filename and location about half way down. That will give you the subfolder name, which should at least infer which asset pack may be missing or misplaced.
OK so I have the Red X symbol problem after I got my new computer.
I realized that I named my user as my nickname, not my name.
So all of the PNG's that I added to the map are looking for that path. I tried a whole bunch of things to try replace the files but to no avail. Is this like a deeper command to try fix these image now?
Thanks for any input.
Forget it. Looked over Monsen's walk thru.
Everything is command line......you can't even paste commands into the command line like wth?
@Don Anderson Jr. Is everything ok now?
If not, the best thing to do if you can't sort it out using the help provided so far is to contact Tech Support through the Support tab on your account page.
