I'll send PM's to the prize winners.
And while some people will always end up ranking above others, all the maps submitted where great maps. Thank you all for participating, and congratulations to the winners; Quenten and AleD.
Note the following:
- Some people (like me and PF employees) are not eligible for the prizes, in these cases, it will simply go to the next person on the list.
- Only one prize per person, if the same person wins multiple prizes, following prizes will go to the next person on the list.
- If you don't want your prize, you can either accept it and just give it to someone else on your own discretion, or you can decline it and let it pass to the next person on the list.

Well done, everyone! Every one of these maps was so good!
I am excited about having 12 buildings mapped in my main city for my campaign. (called Thredeov, in a Ukrainian-Byzantine state, like Karameikos in Mystara). I hope more will continue to map buildings in the city.
Congratulations everyone! :D
There were some pretty great maps done for this competition.
Congratulations and thank you to all participants. Amazing work!
Congrats !
Indeed, very well done everyone, and congratulations to the lucky winners (and obviously, cries of "fix!" for Monsen coming first in the random list 😉).
Great to see so many people taking part, and also voting, as there's often been a problem motivating people to vote previously.
Wow! Thanks everyone for the support and the votes! I am happy many people liked my map 😊😊. And congrats to everyone for the wonderful maps!
Looking forward to see the city of Vertshusen in the atlas with so many nice buildings!!
Congratulations to the winners!
I loved seeing everyone's maps and found it really difficult to choose who to vote for. I also loved seeing so many entries.
Great job everyone!!!
Congratulations to the winners! It's great to see so many people participating.🤗
Nice job everyone !
First I would like to say that everyone did a great job that entered the contest. All the maps were great as it was really hard to vote. I would also like to thank everyone that post comments and suggestion that helped me make my maps better.
As this being my first entry into a mapping contest I would like to give my reflections on the event. I entered this to learn how to make better maps and do a different kind of map, that I had never done before. I knew going in that I would never produce the best map as there would be much better mappers entering the contest. I was hoping for support from those great mappers to help me learn and do a better job. I was not disappointed in that assumption, I got much needed feedback from them all and others and I feel like I had a great learning experience.
Going up again the mappers that entered new and old (not age related) was very intimidating and this I think is a major hurdle for most mappers both experienced and new mappers that have not entered into one of these contests before. It’s like you think ok I make good maps, people give me good reviews but I’m not in the same league as the Master Mappers and the other mappers that may not hold the Master Mapper title but only because it has not been bestowed upon them yet. You have this fear of entering because you feel you can’t compete, so you don’t look at it as a learning experience.
Maybe if there could be a contest for the new mappers and/or less experienced mappers in the future you could get more people to enter. Maybe you could have the contest and have the Master Mappers and should be Master Mappers be the judges and let them judge the entries. You could also do a public vote also to allow everyone else to select the best maps.
Just my thoughts.
Again Great Job everyone and Thank You to everyone that helped me get better at making maps and learning more mapping skills.
and obviously, cries of "fix!" for Monsen coming first in the random list
I don't mind that the random number generator put Monsen on the top position.. but man it's cruel to put me last!
If the robots ever want to rise against humanity, they'll have to deal with me first. Mwahahahaha...!
I've started on getting the maps into the atlas. First out is Quenten's "Bowmans General Store":
And, here's @AleD's contribution, The Blue Rose Tavern,, now in the atlas
And here's Sue's Town Hall:
Thank you, Remy :)
This time @Jeff B's entry, The Jenin River Whiskey Distillery have been added:
Next one up, this time @Wyverns Cloven House
Thanks Remy!
😍🤩
Thank you Remy
You're working well here Remy - only another couple of thousand maps to go 😉
Oh, wait, no; that might have been a dream I had... 😁
This time it is @arsenico13's entry going into the atlas:
Today I am adding Pappy's Pub by @Shessar:
Few more maps today, this time it is my entry.
And here's @Maidhc O Casain's entry added to the atlas:
Thanks, Monsen!
I've been thinking... my entry might present a few issues to be properly added to the atlas. In fact I do think I mentioned it in my WIP or entry post. Something along these lines:
I really like having all the floors in a single map. But I also realize it's not the best way to present them on a webpage.
So, @Monsen : feel free to move, cut, rearrange, or whatever you feel right to make it best suited for the atlas.
Here's roflo1's entry, the South Gate, now added to the atlas.
This concludes the contest entries, as I've added the ones I've gotten .fcw files for. Next entry will be one of those others in queue.
I've also updated the contest page on the atlas site to include this one.
