Humble Bundle 2022 Question about Modern Mapper

I've been on the lookout sometime now for a mapping tool to play around with, nothing really specific right now but want to make some maps :)
Looking at the full bundle at the Humble Bundle 2022 under the Modern Mapper it mentions that "The Modern Mapper requires CC3+ and FT3+. But FT3+ is not included in the bundle so what is the value of the Modern Mapper in the bundle? I don't want to pay for something I can't use ;)

Some of the material works with FT3, but most of it works with CC3+.
If all you want to do is make maps, then you will be fine with the bundle.
FT3+ is needed for real world maps in FT3, use of vector data, and map projections.
CC3+ gives you:
Modern Cities
Shaded Relief
Modern Atlas
Modern Political
Modern Road
Military Operations
Real World CC3+ maps
