How to scroll into the map with the mouse

I didn't find a way to scroll from left to right or bottom to top without zooming and unzooming with my mouse. Is there any control to do that?

Hold the middle wheel of your mouse down and drag.
Ok that's what I tried but seems not to work.. I'll investigate about my mouse setup
