Quick Question about a Drawing Tool

Hello! I come with novice questions once more...

In the directions of the Annual 1 Historical Mercator, it talks about a default lake tool, but I can't find it. Any ideas?

    Click on the "all map drawing tools" button (it looks like a pencil and a hammer crossed) on the upper part of the toolbar on the left. That will bring up the Select Drawing Tool dialog box, which shows you all the drawing tools associated with Mercator maps including Lake, Default.

    Indeed, the tool is named unluckily, so it doesn't show up with any of the button except "All Drawing Tools". If you want it to show with the river tools for example, do the following.

    - Click "All Map Drawing tools"
    - Click "Advanced"
    - Select the "Lake, Default" tool
    - Click "New" and name the new tool "River, Lake".

    You now have a copy of the Lake drawing tool that will show up on right-clicking the "River" drawing tool button.
