This is the supposedly derelict and overgrown ruin of a pagan worship structure, deep in the forest, used in the past by the pagan worshippers of the inhabitants of this isle under the lordship of the dwarf Lords. But since the last dwarf lord was killed by the invading ‘missionaries’ of Holy Spiros, and pagan worship forbidden under pain of execution, the area was let go into rack and ruin.
However, each month, a small band of rebels against the heavy hand of the Monastery rule gather here – for political scheming just as much as defiant religious observance of the God Pan.
Several cave openings are also near the stone circle, and there the leaders of a planned rebellion have stored an accumulating amount of weapons, ready for THE Day of retribution. V for Vengeance!!
