Almost there - ie, any suggestions
Some of that text is pretty hard to read. That red and brownish text need a much more powerful light glow to be readable.
Yeah, I agree with Monsen regarding the text labels. There's also a problem that parts of the words on the paler text fade where they overlie the palest green on land.
I get the impression too that the roads are on a Sheet higher than everything else, so look to be overlying some of the text labels as well.
Might be worth tweaking some of the red dashed border line nodes to try to remove the odd long dashes in places, though this is a perennial difficulty and can't always be properly resolved, I know.
I'm finding the dashed roads a bit distracting. Partly, this seems to be because the roads cross over the settlement circled-dot symbols, so that could be simply part of the Sheets issue noted above. However, I think it's also partly because the roads often don't pass through the centre of the settlement symbols. While that can be a legitimate point on a map (i.e. the main road may not pass directly through a settlement), at this scale, I think it probably should be tidied-up.
Comments noted with thanks.
OK, is this better - added a few rivers too.
Note: the settlement symbols are transparent in the outer part. So I trimmed all the roads.
I love the symbols, but will make some vector ones to get more structures - towers, ruins etc. I think I might use this style for some of my larger maps, perhaps with de Rust mountains.
It's better, but... have you got some kind of blur on the text sheet? If you have, switch it off and see if that makes things clearer. The very tiny imperfections seen on screen when no blur is used usually vanish on export if you use about 20-30% antialiasing.
Also, some fonts don't really work when they are emboldened because the characters touch each other, as you can see between the 'a' and the 'l' of 'Caldach'. Consider using normal instead of bold, or a different font that doesn't have that particular issue.
Roads look much better now, really makes a huge difference when you are not seeing part of the road inside the marker circle, but the two medium cities between the red lables in the middle of the map still looks like they could need the same treatment as the rest.
You've got a spelling error, a semicolon has snuck it's way into the Wizard-realm.
The red dotted line actually goes on top of the floating island symbol at A. This looks slightly weird.
Text is much easier to read now, but I still find 'C' and to a certain degree 'A' a bit hard yet. They could do with a more powerful glow.
All fixed, I think. Newest file for Atlas attached on the Community Atlas Thread
The Morstarik map is now in the atlas. Great map Quenten. And this is also the 800th map in the atlas. Congratulations on that.
Congratulations on bagging the 800th map Quenten!
About time I got a landmark map - after all the maps I have entered. We are going to surpass the Forgotten Realms Interactive Atlas soon in maps added.

@Quenten , only 55 maps to go!
Does that include those that don't seem to exist?
