New or more Symbols?

I had seen a note somewhere that there were other symbols available than those that come with the program. Some made by users. Where can I find those symbols and how do I add them to the symbol catalogs in CC3?

Not sure if these are available anywhere anymore, but if you can find them, the free CSUAC sets for CC3 is worth a look.

I have just discovered this yesterday, but the symbols that Dundjinni uses are also in .PNG format, and Dundjinni has a whole bunch of user-created free art available on their site.

True. They have quite a lot of nice artwork there. I use a lot of it myslf. It's not scaled correctly for CC3 use though, but that is easy to do.

The CSUAC files are available again. I think mostly geared toward Dundjinni at the moment but you can access them here;

Seems like everything is slowly making it's way back. Hopefully we will see the CC3 version of CSUAC soon too.

It would be fun if we could do something like that here in these forums though. The Dundjinni community are posting lots of great artwork in their forum. I would love to see CC3 users post more user-created artwork here in these forums, than maybe we could produce our own user-compilations.

Yeah it is good, especially for the artistically challenged like myself. I believe that they may be looking for people to help get the compilations together for CC2/CC3 so if anyone wanted to help then I believe you can put a post up on the tavern section of the forums at the apprentice web page. From what I've read they have added heaps of new pics as well to the compilations (somewhere in the order of 100's).

I agree on trying to get something together for the profantasy software together. Especially if it was in their own forums area so it would then be permanent and not disappear like the CSUAC stuff did. Mind you there is the download area of pro-fantasy which essentially does the same thing, just not compiled.

As I understand it, Gerri Broman has finished compiling the current baselines of the CSUAC for CC3. I'll update some of the material after he uploads them and then activate the links, so that should be done within the next week or so (possibly even this weekend!)

As for the future: hundreds....hm, if only it were that simple. Thank goodness it's not.

I have over 3000 images ready to be added to the Structures and buildings themes. Those should be organized and available this month for the initial set. Give Mark a bit of time to configure for FM8 and Gerri for CC3.

All total, there are over 30,000 images that have been initially sorted into themes and crushed. Not all will make the final sets, but this year should see some great maps.

Thanks for all the work on this. I am looking forward to seeing the updated CC3 packs. I really appreciate all the work done by everyone involved.
