Custom Symbol Origin Point

Is there a way to pick a precise point in a symbol to serve as the origin for placement? I know Symbols -> Define Symbols lets you pick from Top, Middle, Bottom and Left, Center, Right in the Define New Symbol dialog box, but I need something more precise than that.

I could swear I've done this before, but it's been awhile and I'm at a loss.

Edit the symbol (Symbol Manager->Edit) and use the ORIGIN command.

You can do the same for templates you crate or temples that come with CC3, etc. that have become 'confused'.

What ? Uhm, yes, I did do that to some templates. I had to use Origin to fixthem.
