Keeping basin water when exporting FTPro -> CC3

I'm trying to export a land mass from FTPro to CC3. I've gotten it mostly like I want, but I would like the water in basins to export as well as the rivers. Is there any way to make this happen, or do I need to manually add lakes back after exporting to CC3?

On the "Detail Level" page of the CC2 export definitions, check "Altitude Relative to Sea Level" to get the water level to appear.
That's File>>Save As CC2 File, select the settings file to output, click "Edit" then click through to the "Detail Level" page and go from there.
