Map Disappeared after Zoom

I zoomed to full extent and my view went white. There's no trace of my map. FYI, when I go to reopen the map, it does show up in the preview window, but when the map opens, the view is all white with no elements in it. Any advice?

Hide all but the BACKGROUND sheet and try zoom to extents again.
That should bring you back to large enough to see the map.
Then show each sheet in turn and hit Zoom to extents until you find out which sheet has the entity that is causing the app to zoom that far out. The chances are that you have a node or a symbol way off in the distance (more likely to be a node). Once you identify the sheet it's on you should have a chance to work out what it is.
If none of that helps, shout again.
No dice. Incidentally, I can save the map as an image and it saves correctly although still incomplete.
Try right clicking the zoom button and do a zoom to all text. Assuming there is any text in the map at all, just click one of the entries to zoom to it. Then try Sue's procedure again.
I don't have any text in the map. I tried zoom to center, height, named, and width. No result.
Can you upload the FCW for us to look at?
Here you go. Thanks for all the assistance.
Zoom to all text works fine with that map. You have a bunch of text in there, all the coordinate labels....
Wow. That worked. My bad. It looks like I had text hidden before so it wasn't showing.
I mean the grid hidden. Thanks for the assist.
The way I found, years ago before web pages, was to hit zoom extents.
Since no map is there to be seen, I try an erase in one area. If I get a few items, go ahead and erase. If I get a large number, I have found the map. I cancel that erase.
I then do the same in another area. When I get one item, I erase it. Then hit zoom extents again.
If I get my map back, I found and erased the errant symbol. I save as a different filename, typically increment a number, then continue editing/adding to the map.
If I didn't get my map back, I click on Zoom Last. And look for that one errant item again.
