WANTED: Shading Map for Quonset Hut

I know the dimensions of what I want (50 feet wide by 100 feet long*) and the surface texture (corrugated steel† with vertical ridges) but I don't know how to make the shading map for a hemispherical arch that size (2000 px wide by 4000 px long* at 40px/foot). I could scale down the map image to make arched roofs for passages or smaller buildings but I don't want to get a new piece of software just to make this one image. (Unless it's very simple to learn; I already have two image programs I never use because they are too complex.) Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
Notes:
* Dimensions: length = x-axis, width = y-axis.
† I've seen this texture somewhere but I can't remember where.

If you have City Domes you probably have a map file that you can copy and modify. Those domes are pretty large.
By scaling and tiling this prototype shading map I should be able to construct shaded arched roof symbols of any dimension. Thanks for the suggestion.
