Hi Everyone :)
Ralf will be discussing and demonstrating sheets and sheet effects in tomorrow's Live Mapping session.
You are all very welcome to come along and join in the live discussion, or maybe watch it later if you can't make it.

Well if I lived in the Northern Hemisphere, particularly some where in Europe...
Ah well, this is the endless problem of living on a rotating round world instead of a flat one around which the Sun rotates...?
This is the early 30 minute call :)
I couldnt attend all the time but so far the most interesting Live Mapping i´ve seen. Gotta download it from Youtube and save it on my pc for future references and learning. Thanks!
Yes, it was a good one :)
I don't know if you can download them, but all the Live Mapping sessions are available to watch from the PF YouTube page here:
This one hasn't been uploaded yet, but it will be in the next couple of days
You can definitely download them. This last one was just so WOW. Thanks so much Ralf.
100% agree. It's nice to see he new mapping (and possibly not so new) styles and what have you, but I got way more out of this. I learn things much better when I'm shown how to do something, rather than reading about how to do something. Some of those effects I've stayed away from because I didn't understand how they work or at least, work in CC3+. Now I do, so thanks Ralf!
Brilliance!
Excellent video, BUT, he skipped over the one effect I need to understand:
EDGE STRIPING
?
Oh well, maybe he'll use it in an upcoming one. Or maybe Remy will ?
thanks
Cal
Ah!
Excellent point @Calibre. I was so busy watching the comments that I didn't even notice that.
I will let Ralf know.
In the meantime, if it helps I did Edge Striping in this blog here:
Doh, sorry about that. I had actually planned to do that on the overland example, but missed it.
Part 2 of this Live Mapping event is set for 1700 UTC tomorrow (21 January)
Please feel welcome to come along and join in :)
30 minute call for part 2! :)
THANKS Sue and Ralf!
Now I know. I appreciate it.
