hyperlinks in maps

How do you make them? I've tried to find them in the YouTube live mapping sessions but with no luck. I want to link two maps together.

Its in the Tools menu :)

Once you pick "link with map" a browser will open for you to pick the map. Then you have to define the area for the hyperlink (which is always a rectangle).

When you are done you can hide the hyperlink from the View menu.

thanks Sue. what about a link that's already in the map but points to a file you don't want it to, say you renamed the destination file but you don't want to rename for some reason?

To edit an existing hyperlink, first use View -> Show hyperlinks to make sure the link is visible, then use Numeric Edit on it. This will allow you to edit the macro behind the link. If you prefer to browse to the new map, you'll have to erase that old hotspot instead and just make a new one.
