[Solved] Technical problem: Not seeing symbols once selected for moving
Hi, I am having a problem with moving, resizing and rotating any symbol, once I have selected it. The symbol disappears, so I cannot see where I am placing it, resizing it or rotating it. My laptop (Windows 10 (out of 100) works fine. My desktop (Windows 7 (out of 10) which previously had no problems, now has this problem. I have looked in options to see if I changed anything, and nothing comes to mind. Help greatly appreciated, as I prefer working on my desktop - much faster (due to SSD drives) and much bigger screen. BTW, I bought this in 2011, and only updates have been the 2 1 Tb SSD drives, and a video card. It was my last tax write-off - ?

Try pressing the tab key while you have the command in operation.
That works. Thanks so much for this (plus a quick reply). For others, you only need to click TAB once, then all other commands, like rotate, resize will work correctly.
Sue or Remy, is there a way to correct the problem without the TAB trick?
I don't think it is. The options regarding this is found in Tools -> Options -> Editing Options, but Tab is ind of an override for the default options, it doesn't actually change the options set here.
I looked at Editing option, and chose always use bounding box - and that worked just right. Thanks to both of you. Very ind of you.
