I don't any other information, to make it even worse, I have a question! Does anyone know the population of Rome at the time this model depicts?

I believe this is Bigot's "Le Plan De Rome".

It is supposed to cover 4th Century Rome. I have no idea about the population though, searches tend to give the sizes of the empire of Rome at that time, and not the city. I found a paper discussing this, but I don't have time to read it now.
