Sorry, I don't think anyone has ever done a CC3 map of middle-earth itself - at least I've never seen one. Perhaps because distributing it would carry legal problems.
I found an old partially complete map of middle earth on my hard drive. Its for cc2, and from 2001. Its not mine, I found it on the net somewhere. With your permission Ralf, I will post it.
