Drawing lines visible upon exporting

I started experimenting with CC3+ during the last year occasionally and have noticed that when I try to export a section of my map that contains roads or circular lakes, the drawing lines are printed as well. Does anyone know how to remove this from printed or exported in the final jpg or png file?

I think if you press CTRL+F you should find that the guides disappear, but you will need to re-export your image.
