frame is there in .fcw but not in .png

I cant get the frame to show properly when I have exported the map to .png so I can see it on my desktop. It is there in all its (boring) glory in native format but not after export. I'm uploading the .fcw file but can supply the .png if its wanted

Not sure if this is the issue but in the SAVE AS option for .PNG you have RESTRICT IMAGE TO MAP BORDER selected. I don't know what that option does but it might exclude the border when the image is converted.

Some times you do need that, or you get a white border around the map.

You can also do a Save As, and select Rectangular PNG from that menu. Using the mouse to make a square/rectangle at the outer edge of the frame. Upper left to lower right.
