Possible Custom Tools name area bigger?

Is there anyway to make the area with the name of drawing tools bigger?

No, that's currently not possible, sorry.

The way I work around this for myself is to pick the one I can't see and then inspect what the last bit means by clicking (but not changing) the Outline and/or Properties buttons if the specifics are not already obvious from the image below them.
