Cosmographer and Ship Deck Plans

So I notice the example deck plans for are 'Traveller' style, i.e. require artificial gravity. Would there be any challenges using Cosmographer to create 'pancake' (or gravity due to acceleration) style deck plans? i.e. something like this; http://starfrontiers.us/files/u59/deckplans_front.gif

    Well, Cosmographer doesn't come with a side view of the symbols, so you do need to get a bit creative if you want to create something like the cutaway section on the ship from that image. Of course the room views to the left on that image are regular top-down rooms, easily made with Cos.
