My favorite online printing service has become more widely available in Europe - they take orders from a variety of countries now, including the UK and France.
It's Posterjack. They' got a real easy interface to upload your source files, a quick turnaround (in Germany at least), excellent quality and awesome prices - especially their 80cmx60cm format is extremely cheap.

They're out of Texas. Ten 18" x 24" posters cost me $20, plus $10 shipping - an average cost of $3 each made it cheap to give one to each of my players.
