I have Cartographer's Annuals 1-6 however I can't seem to find The Cartographer’s Annual Vol 4 December ’10. It is installed, the folder is there but I can't find the template by trying New, Pre-Defined or Select settings myself. Where do I go to start up this template?
I can open the two example maps and the All Symbols.FCW but can not start a new clean map for this annual.
