Annual 2015 BW town apps error

When starting a new map, and choosing Annual Par Lindstrom BW (its for Black and white towns), the follow errors occur once the finish is clic'd and the new map is loading for display;
chkdata DAV has no pending DRA:
CA100
CC3 does not understand the command:
HOUSELOAD
this happens in both CC3 and CC3+. I can start work and it appears to be working correctly, but is there a fix for what it is stumbling on?
