Installing Mappa Harnica Tools

Does anyone know how to get the Read Only status removed from my CC2 folder long enough to install the Mappa Harnica Tools?
No sooner do I change the attribute, close the properties box, and BOOM, right away it is back to Read Only!

That sound weird. Do you have CC2 installed inside the program files folder? If so, it may be UAC at work. If so, are you running the Mappa Harnica installer as admin (Righ click, run as admin)?
