Dioramas, geomorph tabs and signing out

Okay, check this out. I was following the Dioramas manual (the little booklet that comes with the CD) and I get to page 7, the "Geomorph Tab" section. I click the icon, then I click the page and poof, crash. I rebuild the thing from the ground up, and this time I save it. Boom, crash again at the same point. I move the "floor" on page one to the center and try again, crash. I clicked the edge outside the "floor", the edge of the yellow line, even a random box on the page, crash, crash, crash. Okay, maybe i have a corrupt page... nope, a brand new, unaltered template, crash. Frustration sets in. So now, I'm digging through the Profantasy website, looking for anything on Dioramas and geomorph crashes, but I have yet to find anything. Now I'm getting irritated. I realize the my wife (being her kind and generous self) set me up with the new cosmo 3 coming out, and created an account. So as I'm looking for maybe a Dioramas crash patch that I missed, I realize that I had logged into the new account and NONE of my registered stuff (other than the cosmo 3) is available... so i look to the top of the page for a sign out link. Uh... nope. Bottom of the page? NOpe. Is it in ANY of the drop down menus? NOPe. So... here I sit, still logged in, on the WRONG account. I try to click the customer support email links and I get a cute little box that opens up with the word "error" and a button saying okay. Well, I see at the top of this page, in the right hand corner there is a "Signed in as AJ_OConnell (Sign Out) link. I have a funny feeling that it is just going to take me out of the forums, and not the Profantasy Site. So, if someone out there can help with any of these dilemmas of mine, I would appreciate it.
